SE London Free Film Festivals

I went... 18 people attended.Quite inspiring. I didn't expect to see so many people ( and diverse too). Come along to the next meeting... The thought that we had to go away with was thinking about events we'd like to put on.
I was a bit surprised at how many people attended the Peckham/Nunhead one too. Haven't been able to get to another because of another thing I do, but that'll be over in a couple of weeks then I can get more involved with the FFF.

Great that you, Miss-Shelf and Callie are interested in getting involved with SNTH  :)

what time is Labyrinth on tomorrow.. we *might* be able to go - although I am currently the victim of a horrible lurgy.

Planning is well under way for this year's New X & Deptford festival, taking place at the end of April/early May. Sounds like there are going to be some great films again, and there may be one or two more difficult choices to see everything you want to see! ;) I'm hopefully going to be organising at least one screening, and hopefully putting a film together about New Cross Irregulars for the short film festival :)

In the meantime, if you're into yer free films, I'm helping resurrect the free film nights at New Cross Learning. 7pm every Wednesday from 4 Feb - thread of its own here

*bump*

Just a reminder that this year's New Cross & Deptford festival starts on Friday and runs until Sun 03 May.

I'll be at quite a few of the screenings, in particular the ones at New Cross Learning. My football team is hosting Next Goal Wins at New Cross Learning on Wednesday, would be great to see you there :)
