Help Samsung galaxy s23 Ultra. RCS help needed

I treated myself to this phone. Handy that it has RCS chat messaging.
But does anyone know how to turn the RCS to text and not audio voice?
My partner can do text on his phone. But I can only get the voice. Not ideal if I text him while his out. I googled it. But nothing.
