I hope he had a camply macabre but not painful death. As a child I was allowed to stay up late and watch horror films on Saturday nights: Corman/Price, Hammer, or Mummies and Frankenstein from the 1930s

Not Roger Corman but in related news for fans of schlock horror, I hear that Amicus films (similar to Hammer but without the Victorian/Edwardian settings) that went down the swannee in the 70s is back from the dead after successful funding from a kick-start campaign
