It is weird how for people born around the 80s he was not cool. I just put him with those dad bands like Eric Clapton and Pink Floyd. Same with Johnny Cash, were they ahead of their time or is it just because we are old?

probably been posted before but i hadnt seen it till yesterday on a documentary about Mtv, which made the case that David Bowie humiliating Mtv for not having barely any black artists on it changed the policy - does a good job of looking on the Mtv figurehead in contempt
