Nice pub on the quay, The Ship Anson, we went in for a coffee.
According to this plaque, there's been a pub here since the 1600s.

The third pic is a whaler, built in 1959.
I didn't know this:
You can volunteer there and all sorts of stuff. We ate in the restaurant in there, with a view out over the harbour. Lovely. Much better than pub food.

HMS Warrior
"Warrior and her sister ship HMS Black Prince were the first armour-plated, iron-hulled warships, and were built in response to France's launching in 1859 of the first ocean-going ironclad warship, the wooden-hulled Gloire." HMS Warrior (1860) - Wikipedia
It's vast, and has loads of interesting stuff on to look round. Several decks below you can go round.

I went back again to the Historic Dockyard the other week, cos the ticket you get lasts a year, so I used it again before it ran out.
Saw the Mary Rose this time, the exhibition was really good.
