I'm not really a fan tbh. I liked Amnesiac, but I haven't listened to it in decades. But in principle, bands selling outlandish merch is fine. You can listen to their music any time you like via your choice of streaming service, so literally any physical object they choose to sell is essentially decorative. And bands do need to sell physical objects 'cause streaming revenues are basically fuck all.
