Don't waste too much time on the mandatory reconsideration. It's still DWP bastards who will take 2 minutes to reiterate the first nul point score (99% of the time). Do a perfunctory mandatory appeal, await the nul point and then appeal to tribunal.
I've just got my 'explanation' for my nul point while I await the appeal. Frankly, it's a joke I'll have glee ripping to shit on appeal. Spelling mistakes, outright errors, downright lies. Honestly, it's like they are talking about someone else. They even throw in lines like "our assessor has nothing to gain from this". Nah. Apart from the £500 a day he's on to put people off like. Even the first three pages are full of legal jargon/past court cases that are impossible to follow and obviously designed to put you off.
Don't be (put off).
I can't fucking wait for my appeal. The document they sent me is about 100 pages long (again, designed to put me off do you think?). The appeal court, who are thankfully not the DWP, are going to get the full force of someone who can speak up for themself and doesn't take the kind of shit outlined in those 100 pages.
