Not at all, some of those ones I'm following, some of them I'm not.

I'm not following cycling or canoeing but they come up if you search for Olympics. I'm following loads of people or news/sports sites

Most of the individuals (ie. competitors) aren't worth following though as some of them only tweet once a day or not even that, and others just aren't interesting, but I haven't unfollowed them yet.

I put loads of follow when they were arriving in the country just to see what they were saying about the airport, about the country, about the athletes' village etc. but then get bored with them and find other stuff to follow

I've barely looked at it since opening ceremony because they're either results, calls of encouragement to team members, etc. but nothing really of interest

I don't Tweet and I don't do Facebook (except to look at a few pictures). I've created a Facebook page for himself though, so he asks me to tweet on it
