cheers, will do. it's their 25th anniversary show, with king kurt supporting (i think, i hope, there's a bit of confusion about that -- after i booked the tickets i got hold of a flyer for the gig that said frenzy were the support, and i already had a flyer that said it was king kurt, but on the venue's website and ticketmaster it says it's king kurt)(which i would prefer over frenzy)(and so would the missus)( :) )

I think my CD player is dying. All my CDs suddenly sound really quiet, even with the volume turned up way past where I'd normally play them. Bah.

Hmm. It's a possibility... :eek:

I've unplugged it all, cleaned the connections between the separates and given it a spin on the lens cleaner disc this morning, and it seems a bit better, so fingers crossed. :)

It is nearly 10 years old though, so it's had a good run if it does come to an end.

Their first and IMHO their best album.

Great tunes like "Just What I Needed", "My Best Friend's Girl" and "Good Times Roll".

Brilliant.

I'm listening to "Handle Me" by Robyn. If this doesn't hit number 1 in the UK before the summer's over I'll eat my hat. "Cobrastyle" is pretty ace too.
