Live8 had the same deal - you buy the six packs of 330ml Evian or Volvic that are prewrapped in shrinkplastic, carefully prize the seam apart at the bottom with a Stanley blade - refill your water with vodka - then superglue the plastic seam underneath. Allow to dry overnight.
It was a piece of piss, whilst the checking was hardly stringent, no fucker is going to bother ripping apart a pack of mineral water, especially if you're clever and carry the reciept for the water in the same original carrier bag - if it looks like they might be keen then pull out the reciept and say "och, man, look fer yersel' ah jist bought et froam the supamarket, ye ken?"
Trust me, if they're going to be that anal about it then it's not going to be much fun in there.
