Neil Young

Neil Young’s work is ingrained in many memories of good times in my life.
Don’t Let it Bring You Down was always one of the songs me and my mate Charlie used to cover whenever we played anywhere. Joined later by Hey Hey My My always went down well.
Harvest Moon was the song me and Mrs S danced to at our wedding do.
Good stuff

Not even in niel youngs category really but my latest dadrock discovery was Creedence Clearwater Revival. Someone did a bardcore cover of Fortunate Son so I looked up the original and then let youtube play creedence at me.

'Dadrock'? You cheeky whippersnapper!    :D

I like the cover to On The Beach, the picture and the printed pattern on the inside of the sleeve. Also like the cover picture on Stars and Bars.

Like a Hurricane is my favorite track.

For me No 2 should be No1, and No 24 should be much higher. There used to be rumors of a bootleg edition of that album which was much pared down and therefore much better, maybe just an urban legend.

Harvest was one of my favourite records to stick on on hungover Sunday mornings while clearing up whatever had happened at my house on Saturday night.
"I've been to Hollywood, I've been to Redwood..." etc. Big feels.
