Help need a VPN for iOS, Android and Chromebook

Throbbing Angel

this is no longer a place of honour
As per the thread title really.

I'd like a VPN I can use on my Android phone, my iPad and my Chromebook (I am assuming Windows would automatically be covered).

I'm looking at Nord and Cyberghost at the moment which I have discounts codes for, BUT, I am kinda put off by things like this:Chromebook: How to configure L2TP/IPSec for Chrome OS (Chromebooks) which seems a bit of a pain.

Any more suggestions or observations on the two I've mentioned?

RE: Nord (from their how to config a Chromebook w/NordPN page - does this gubbins mean NORD and a chromebook is a no go as of 1st Dec?? cybershot editor two sheds

'The L2TP and PPTP protocols are becoming obsolete. Therefore, as of Dec. 1st, 2018, NordVPN will no longer support them. We recommend OpenVPN or IKEv2/IPSec.'

and

'Note: Newer Chrome OS versions may not be able to be configured to not use IPv6 addresses. We currently do not support IPv6, and thus, if you are using one of the newest Chrome OS versions on an IPv6 network, you may not be able to properly secure your Chromebook.'
