SUNDAY 14th JULY : The London Bicycle Rave draws on the rich and long-established sound system and free party culture in London. We're honoured to have three experienced crews partner up with us to provide the sounds at each of the stops on the ride.

Kicking the day's festivities off - we are blessed to have 12v veterans WheelUp! Soundsystem provide the soundtrack at our first stop. WheelUp! Soundsystem is a small collective of like-minded DJs, music makers, artists and audio equipment builders who share a passion for bass-driven music, especially of a Reggae influence.

Officially starting in 2013 with a portable soundsystem at Shambala festival, the collection of hand built speakers and equipment has grown year on year with 2 soundsystems in their artillery. You may be familiar with them from their iconic Wheelie Bin rig on the streets and in parks of London over the past decade, bringing a smile to the face of anyone who sees them.

The collective has previously hosted various artists including Dennis Bovell, Mad Professor, Zion Train, Dub Pistols, Ragga Twins, Digital Niyabinghi, Fabio, Nicky Blackmarket and Reggae Roast, all playing on the WheelUp! Stack.

Providing high quality music for revellers is the beating heart of WheelUp! Soundsystem. with a weekly radio show on BMC Radio each Wednesday as well as a biweekly show on Real Roots Radio, playing Reggae, Dub, Steppers, Dancehall, Jungle and Drum & Bass. Get your skanking shoes on!
