Loads of Brixton songbirds tweeting merrily away: at 2:15am

I'm not sure if it's the global-warming-inducing, all-night bright lighting from the Evelyn Grace Academy that is prompting this, but recently the amount of birds that can be heard singing at night in my area has grown noticeably.

Right now there's a fair-sized mini chorus going on - and it's 2.15 in the morning!

Can any other Brixtonites hear birds a-tweeting at this ungodly hour?

It's the feral cockatiels! I spotted some of the fuckers in Barnet the other week. They started in Richmond, so Brixton's bound to be infested by now. Feral, feathery fuckers

I blame my birdsong on the scotch, ed.

Then again, they might be relieved that the wind has stopped blowing and are throwing a hooley.

and when it's not them dastardly robins at it it's them screeching sexing foxes:mad:
thought I'd left all that fox action behind in Hackney

Yep, always hear them, but then the Hill is a lot greener than down there so maybe our birds are happier :D
