There’s been some pretty dicey manoeuvres already, including driving over some front lawns, knocking over some parking lot posts, and doing 80+ mph in residential areas, jumping red lights etc - the driver’s basically doing circles around the same neighbourhood - cops holding back for safety reasons - it’s a really random one.

The cops generally hold back when chasing them would cause more danger to the public than not chasing. This especially applies during the day and in residential areas.
