leftover chicken recipes

got loads, probably gonna do a risotto tonight. will have loads of stock by this evening too.
ideas?

Casserole?

etc etc. Personally I'd go for cockie leekie soup in this weather. Or Hot and Sour chicken soup with noodles and pak choi.

I was going to say chicken risotto, or chicken and leek risotto. Or chicken and mushroom pie. Just make into a sauce and put a crust on top. Mmmmm... pie!
