Has anyone been? Any Advice? From the stuff I saw online it looks like Moscow meets Berlin. Am thinking of going as it looks cheap.

In what way? I've found myself at a loose end with a trip to Scotland booked that's happening and determined to make something happen, but so on a tiny budget.
Tickets looked super cheap on Skyscanner. I've honestly not got on a plane for almodt 5 years.

Budget doesn't certainly doesn't stretch to the Caribbean that's for sure. I was thinking cheap flight, youth hostal and street food or whatever the local equivalent was. Probably a silly idea really in the current situation really, but I've been a keyworker through the whole dam thing and pretty sure I've had it, so my idea of risk is slightly skewed.
There's probably worse ways to spend the rest of the year tbf...
