How to install 'Paint' app on Chromebook?

I previously found an app which I installed on my Chromebook with which I could download images and pictures, then edit them and draw/paint on them and put on captions.
I did a powerwash last week which deleted all my files, including this paint app. I can't remember what it was called and have been unable to find it by googling.
Does anyone know what it was, or suggest something similar?
