How has commercial rent changed in Brixton?

I know how property prices have changed in Brixton over the past few decades, but I was wondering if anybody can point me to data which charts commercial rent in Brixton? I know anecdotally that it has increased significantly in recent years, but I'd be very interested to know the extent of the rise, particularly in prime locations such as Brixton Village or Market Row.

I doubt if you're going to easily find this data from long term tenants in places like Brixton Village, as the individual increases tend to be dependent on a host of factors. I know that some who are still there don't want to go public about their rent rises.

300% rent rise for artists above the village (over ten years) before we were eventually evicted...

And the general increase of rents for the traders in Brixton Village. The slow monetary cull by the landlords (Hendo), Decimate the market of all traders, then get the 'Listed Heritage' status reversed because it's 'no longer viable as a business'. Which will then enable them to knock it all down and develop as how their backers would want them too.
