how do you find a good cardiff investigative reporter?

i think i have a good local news, possible national news story, involving massive waste of public money. how would i go about finding a good journalist to pass it on to confidentially ? are the echo any good?

Wouldn't touch 'em with a bargepole, TBH, and the same goes for all of the Welsh local rags. Is this not the sort of thing Private Eye might go for if none of the broadsheets would?

I'd go to Martin Shipton at Media Wales - email addy on their website. He gets some good stories.
If it's council related then, yeah, Rotten Boroughs in the Eye would be interested.
