Hillsborough songs.

Can anyone hear or noticed if United fans have been singing that disgusting song about the Hillsborough disaster at today's game?

It isn't.

It's been being sung since the cup game at Anfield after the Evra/Suarez incident and has pretty consistently been sung at every game since.

It is a reference to Hillsborough - . What else are they talking about with that "it's never your fault" line?

Scouse baiting. It's about the siege mentality/victim complex Liverpool has a reputation for. Heysel - it woz Chelsea. Michael Shields, the Suarez negrito stuff. It's nothing whatsoever to do with Hillsborough - which, as we all know, wasn't your fault.

As I said it came off the back of the racist incident and the club's refusal to accept any responsibility.

The correct answer. On the anniversary of Hillsborough.

Hillsborough has fuck all to do with it though. It's been sung at every game home and away since the cup game at Anfield.

The fact it happens to be the anniversary of Hillsborough is irrelevant.

Some discussion on R5 but talking about Chelsea not Man Utd?

/edit

Talking about disrespect of the minutes silence, not songs.

If you think that you're very naive.

I don't think it, I know it.

You're demonstrating the exact complex the song is about.

There are a couple of Hillsborough songs (96WNE and the final verse of In Your Liverpool Slums). They're sung by a minority of twats and thankfully don't get sung much. 'Always the victim' is fuck all to do with Hillsborough. It was about the way your club handled the Suarez thing.

Was there a minutes silence at OT?

This is fans talking so not my words but an unhappy fan saying that Utd respected it but not Chelsea (and Spurs?) later in the day.
