Halloween costume: based around this mask?

I'm getting torn between the streetwise/slick/modern look and something a little more pagan/unsophisticated. I really don't think the mask lends itself to the former interpretation, but that's a lot easier to work for the rest of the outfit.

I'll definitely being dying a red streak in my hair though, just haven't decided how thick.
