Banana for scale
I'm helping plan a diversity type event at work in a few weeks, and I've suggested in the run-up we post up on our intranet some approachable (by that I mean no mentions of 'discourse' or 'hermeneutics' ) articles that might make people reflect on their own approaches to others, perhaps particularly in the workplace. Eg 'Do I judge female leaders in the workplace more harshly than their male equivalents?' (for example here ) 'Am I falling into thinking that people from groups less advantaged than me complain too much about how they're treated by society when I can't actually appreciate what it's like for them?' etc
Any suggestions greatly appreciated - ideally something that can be read quite quickly.
I know it may seem facile, but I have read quite a few articles that did make me rethink how I see things and other people's experiences, so it seems worth a shot.
