I've recently got back into gaming with the Oculus Quest2 but don't have broadband. I'm making do with a 4G mifi and seeing pings around 50ms which is ok on the most part.
I'd love to improve this though as most games on Quest2 are multiplayer. It also opens up possibility of some cloud services to offload processing for better graphics.
As i'm fairly footloose i'd like to avoid broadband subscriptions. 5G is the obvious answer but MIFIs are still silly money ($700+). Does anyone have experience of a decent mobile-based gaming setup?
