A load of Jewish students have dug a tunnel from a synagogue to another (closed) building in New York. When the synagogue leaders found out they called in builders to fill the tunnels in, which caused a kerfuffle and ended up with the police arresting ten people.

No one really knows why they've done it. But the synagogue is now closed as it may be unsafe.

It's pretty funny. And quite odd.
