Help Fire AirPlay app

I'm try to cast from my iPad to my Firestick. I'm trying to use AirPlay app. But whichever app I try to download I get this message on screen:


I've been to my account, it shows my address as Spain, and my billing address matches that.

Any ideas/suggestions/solutions?
