mascara adverts are dogshit- how the hell can you take a product seriously when the very benefit they are trying to sell is represented with the use of false lashes????!!!!

and now you have one that vibrates?????? whoever has bought this product on the basis that your lashes will be longer needs help!!!!!

I was gonna get some eyelash extensions, proper ones, but I figured I rub my eyes wayyy too much, you gotta look after them really well, they don't really last that long either, so work out pretty expensive, however they look absolutely amazing.

Yeah, the latest mascara ad even has a small print disclaimer on screen saying it's been enhanced in post production. I don't know how they get away with it.

I use Rimmel Glameyes - waterproof, four quid and absolutely fine.

I think this type of advertising - is counter-productive - now, I'd seriously buy a mascara that clearly had in the small print that it was NOT enhanced in post-production and used no lash inserts.

Interestingly, there's a roll-on foundation being advertised that says there is no post-production jiggery-pokery used.
