Three close-ish mates of mine have died of brain tumors caused by coke. It's a fairly common affect of caning that shite.

Sometimes the piper calls for more than others, LSD seems to have no affect to the body, coke & speed type drugs do a lot of damage.

I think it was her absolute dedication to the cause of self-destructive bohemianism - a bit like Marianne Faithfull - that I admired. And she came across as likeable as well.
