Fantasy books of London

Enjoyed as a teen, but the series isn't really fantasy. More horror. Maybe Domain and The City are veering towards sci-fi?
Fantasy is often used as an umbrella term to encompass supernatural horror and scifi. It’s not necessarily just magic and elves.

Dodger, not really fantasy but Terry Pratchett’s London novel.

Also, of course Ankh Morpork is at least 85% London…

I would have been 14-15 years old when I read it, so consider it a tentative recommendation! It might be terrible! I loved James Herbert and Shaun Hutson at about that time and wouldn’t necessarily recommend them nowadays!
I read it in my 20s and enjoyed it but I'm a compulsive fantasy reader and often end up reading and enjoying Young Adult fiction so might not be the bet judge.

Dodger is amazing one of my favourites.
