You've got a 4x4 ?
We've got optional 4wd in the van. Just switch it on once in a blue moon, if we get stuck in mud or something. Veh handy.
I'm still taking my fur coat, it gets cold at night
Go awayThat deserves it's own thread, surely?
Hope we're going to get some more of this:

Does onemonkey's van do this regularly Crustychick? Hope it gets its shit together for the journey. One of the kids at my youth club was telling me all about the funny van that parks on his street the other day It was definitely onemonkey's
I remember thatnot that I know of! i do remember a very similar nail-biting waiting for citydreams' van to be ready to set off to a festival too though. I think they arrived very late...
I remember that
Complete breakdown and long walks were involved IIRC
Weather worriers, worry less. The drizzle on sunday has been discounted in the latest forecast

I still haven't recovered properly. And van is still with the mechanics! Though we've worked out why the engine keeps blowing up so all is forgiven.
(it may or may not be in attendance this year)
does this mean that you're coming too????? that would be so super cool
*does happy dance*
We left Monday morning... were allowed to drive right up to our tents to pack up and didn't have any trouble getting outDid you miss people struggling to get off site??
It was a mudbath, good fun justifying my 4x4 purchase though
I wasn't going to take them... but I think the site might be quite muddy tomorrow, so I think I will now.
