that was blinding, at times quite literally.

citydreams - hope you got your collection bag from us and that it helps make up for the nightmare you guys had on friday. thank you to all who contributed towards it, we got together over £100. fucking hippies.

mation - thank you for amusing me so greatly at intervals :D

camp urban en generale - apologies to all those we irritated the fuck out of in the middle of the night.

sunray - stop moaning about the weather you big girl, that's what drugs are for.

roll on next year.

I've not read the last 80-odd pages but I trust people are posting to say what a great time they had.

I'd like to say the same. Thanks to everyone for everything.

If I'm honest I think I might try a different one next year though. We'll see.

I can barely remember that. But sadly I know it to be true.

I was in a bit of a pickle for most of Friday.

I saw you on the Saturday coming out of the shop, I was going to shout "ONKET" but I thought better of it and waded through the mud.

Beat me to it, you bugger

Heh, heh.

He did a great version of it at Bestival. Not the greatest set I've seen him play, he was in full on vaudevillian bill mode, so encouraging the crowd to sing a long etc. gets to the end and without even pausing shouts something like "I want you all to sing real loud for Kirsty McColl" and did her verse too.
I'm still not sure why but I found it really moving, I may even have had a bit of something in my eye.

Onket upon meeting myself, "Oh you have an accent and everything!"

:D

Why didnt I meet you?

I know I wasnt exactly in the thick of it, but I would've thought I'd have spotted the young'un amongst the urbanites :D

Actually, just thought, maybe you kept away :(

Firky, whenever I hear you speak I think to myself "ooh, an accent!" :hmm:

You hardly spoke! You just grinned :D

I think the weather is to blame, I was in the tent for much of Saturday and only came out in the late afternoon. I did pop over to camp urban but was only there for about half an hour or so as I had to put my tent up... which is hard enough to do when sober let alone driunk :)

Do you mean Camp Bestival** recently --the Kirsty thing rings bells -- or actual Bestival last Sept.???

**Never saw you. Unless I was drunk and saw you but didn't recognise. Oh, hang on ... :p

I was at both BBB ;) gigs cos I'm still a bit of a fanboi ...
