Hi all, does anyone know what my partner is entitled to ? Shes worked for a pub for 5 years, they have suddenly closed and the lease holder(in effect her boss) is liquidating the business and going personally bankrupt, has changed her phone number and just kinda disappeared...my partner is owed a weeks wages and lots of holiday.....is there anything we can do as its just not fair and we do rly need the money ?
