Climate change. Oceans of plastic. Extinct of ecosystems. The worlds resources being used up and thrown away.

Making everyday decisions about household products is an intellectual mine field. I'm finding it difficult to navigate.

So what should I clean my house with? Wash my laundry with? What dishwasher products are safe?

I'm trying Ecover dishwasher tabs at the moment - but why are they tablets wrapped in single use plastic? Why not powder?

I'm not v good with insta etc but have seen companies advertising all sorts of allegedly eco products but they seem to require a monthly subscription. Are they 'eco' and do they work? Any recommendations ?

I bought some shampoo bars a while back from the body shop but have some ordinary stuff in bottles to get through first.
