All the cigarette picker-uppers/beggars seem to have disappeared from around Herne Hill Station these past couple of weeks; either they've all gone into homeless shelters or someone's taking them out to the forest in the boot of his car. I say 'all', about 4-5 regulars, not inc. the ones who just talk to themselves. Like me.
