Democracy and fan consultation at Dulwich Hamlet.

I have read recently that the Supporter's Trust has only 184 members, yet it appears to be the prime source of consultation by the Directors on club policy from the fans.

I appreciate the old idiom that "whoever pays the piper calls the tune" yet there are larger groups who are stakeholders within the Club such as the season ticket holders who do not seem to be consulted on what the Club should do with its money.

I for one, as a ten year season ticket holder have never been asked " Do you actually want a seat with that ?".

Hamlet has changed a lot over the years. I used to go to the old stadium when Millwall were away and I had not much money.
