A bit late to the party with this one (couldnt find a thread)
I held off for a while to play this, my mates were banging on about it, but finally last week I got a copy for 22 quid.
It's a slow burner ,it takes a few hours to get into it, the characters arent very sympathetic but once you find your feet, its really quite a wonderful game..
Apparently its the nearest version to an actual walking dead single player campaign (I dont watch it so dont know)
It looks lovely , the sound design ( especially with good surround headphones ) is fantastic and creepy.
What it does get right is the tension , its not a jolly game and it is instills panic and fear in such a good way, many a swear has come of my mouth.
and the hoards are terrifying...
