Dying on its knees, the Scottish Daily "Wreck"ord's dwindling circulation and soon to sound death knell is a by-product of it's own making. The trash and lies in its recent accounts only serve to hasten its demise especially with gutter-grovelers like JAMES MONCUR in its reporting ranks.(Rank being the operative word for his one-sided unqualified reports) I am reliably informed he is better know as "MON-KEY". He knows nothing about integrity and fair mindedness, else he wouldn't indulge in such obvious bias.
We ALL know his immaturity and partisan imbalanced accounts are seriously detrimental to his "paper" and is no less than they deserve for this ex forces bully. What you get from the sport pages reports is the norm from this inherently "second division" rag, but we've always known that. The daily "wreckord" is only marginally ahead of that other Scottish based "comic cuts" Dundee's D.C Thomsons.The "Trash street kids" biased bunkum and the shockingly inept SARAH FIELDEN whose own reports leave her denuded of even a modicum of respect and shows her up for a D.C dimwit. Is it any wonder these pseudo-semblances of newspapers are being "bashed" from pillar to "post" and going down like a sinking ship "wreck", while their opinionated, dishonest bile will eventually self destruct from with-in leaving no more remaining than a dis-used out-house.

There may be an odd and extremely rare occasion where the Daily Record has "cottoned" on to a report already covered in a more reputable newspaper, hoping to insinuate itself into the hearts and minds of the populace to succour and salve their moods. But it takes over like a red weed and before you know it - IT'S IN!. Its a given that they'll go with the flow and general consensus of the people....what else could they do with the ridiculous Bedroom Tax and the rest of Cammy and Clegg's unfair welfare changes. It's when they DON'T do their homework to try and report a balanced and fair account instead of their sensationalist and prejudiced lies, that they then must be held accountable. I'm sure anyone who believes in fairness, balance and ultimately justice can only want that, want to read that, AND to be told the truth.
We have seen evidence and witnessed incidents that embarrass and completely refute innumerable shocking and lying articles published by the daily wreck and D.C THOMSONS newspapers to their detriment and permanent disgrace that consigns them to extinction. Therefore it casts doubt and a shadow over everything they have ever done, they now do and have yet to publish. There will be instances in these "papers" where they may print half truths and even get a small percentage of their codes of practice right.. but not if its done at the hands of the record's -JAMES MONCUR and D.C THOMSON'S- SARAH FIELDEN. They now are two disgraced "reporters". They would undeniably be shocked if not sorry to find out from many others that their publishing's are wholly untrue. They failed to carry out the most basic of public reporting obligations, to seek out the truth. Had they even a scintilla of integrity they would have applied due diligence and process to interview all witnesses, ergo resulting in a totally different report.
Many times I've read on these forums posts of hate, others who engender hatred, some even threatening violence. I think that is wrong and not the way to go through life. I don't hate anyone and would never advocate such an emotion. Hate is divisive, clouds thought processes, stops you thinking clearly and most likely obstructs or hinders you getting your point across. This is not about that and I don't want to put that over in this post. Instead of the real events that ACTUALLY HAPPENED, it was a shocking departure from the truth that they published which is reprehensible. Surely this is integral to any newspaper that purports to relay an honest and viable testimony in whatever they put to print. We have conclusive and tangible evidence that neither MONCUR nor FIELDEN have done, they have duped the public, the police and are ultimately liars. They have abused the power of the press and consequently should never be trusted even with the simple telling of a joke. The joke is on them and their soon defunct and dishonorable "comic" news groups that contribute to their incorrect, indecorous and disreputable productions. How many other times have the press got it so wrong with their attempts to con, sensationalise and engender a furore creating a public outcry. Their purpose is obvious. In the hope of staying the day of their execution and extinction they will gutter-grovel at the expense and lives of others with no real attempt to uncover or get at the truth. UNFORTUNATELY FOR THEM, WE KNOW THE TRUTH.... AND SUPPORTED WITH OUR INNUMERABLE EYEWITNESSES. Step forward, and take a bow The Scottish Daily Record and D.C. Thomson's Group. Winners of The G.G.G. Award of the year.(Gutter Grovelling Garbage). Your failures are unsurpassed.(Unless anyone knows different).
It would be good and much appreciated if their is anyone else willing to share their experiences involving these or other newspapers wrongful publications and lies. I would ask it to be as truthful as possible, verifiable and backed up by others where available. Lets not stand another day longer for those that purport to report the truth and use the weapon of the press, then fail us and hide behind the coat tails of their pack members. Especially when they get it so wrong. The press don't give a damn about you, your family, your friends or anyone. They have no semblance of even handedness; so lets knock them off their pontificating pedestal and kick them into extinction never to buy their tailored trash again. REMEMBER THE NEXT TIME IT COULD BE YOU.

Doesn't mean the rest of what they write isn't shite and often wrong. They did an article months ago about how much rent some guy was paying due to the Bedroom Tax. Total BS. I used to live in the same block and I KNOW what the rent is for there!
And they are so bigoted on so many other occasions I'm afraid I have to agree with the OP that they really are scum.
