Communist workplace guidance

There's an abundance of capitalist self help literature about work, and also Christian guidance. But I'm looking for good, interesting communist guidance. Not stuff on agitation and strikes. Just stuff on good team work, managing personality clashes, dealing with lazy bastards, etc.

Manage personality clashes by sending mouthy members of staff to kolyma
I was in a flat share with a siberian. Her roots on one side were communist exiles who tried to bomb the tsar, and on the other side, old toffs deported after 1917! Fascinating place.

The jokes made me smile. But it vexes me that we are so focused on the regimes, rather than a communism in practice.
Tbh I am still a bit confused by the request in the OP - is it for good communist guidance, on working in a capitalist workplace, with a non-class-struggle focus? That is a very niche category if so.

I don’t think I’ve worked in a workplace with a class struggle focus.
