Just spotted this on the BBC website - Syd's coffee stall, run by the same family, in Calvert Avenue, Shoreditch is finally to close after 100 years.

They should keep it in use at the Museum . Have seen it loads of times when I've been in the area, never actually used it though.

Yes, I've passed it loads of times. It seemed to be closed at weekends though.

Times have changed and couriers, cabbies and this hut are all either gone or soon will be.
