You mean "reaching a new goal" of getting up off your arse because you're too lazy?Boys, boys, if she wants a personal trainer, she wants a personal trainer. Go easy on her....
Seriously, they are a good way of getting your arse in gear if you are lacking in motivation, want to reach a new goal etc.
Sure it's a first world problem, just like finding the best coffee in BrixtonYou mean "reaching a new goal" of getting up off your arse because you're too lazy?
A First World Problem if ever I heard one.
Oh yes, That's remarkably relevant.Sure it's a first world problem, just like finding the best coffee in Brixton
I was being facetious. Thought that was de rigour round here?Oh yes, That's remarkably relevant.
Personal Trainers really are a truly decadent invention: you're paying someone to make you get off your arse because you can't be bothered to do it yourself.
My suggestion is that you just walk more. Don't use lifts. Get off a few stops early and walk. Sign up to a gym if you must. Or get a Wii and jump around your front room.
Does anyone know any local Personal Trainers who won't charge the earth? I really want a few sessions to try and get myself off my lardarse.... and I really think a personal trainer is the only way (yes i am that lazy)... help?!
What about joining a local council gym most do inclusive classes - some hard and some gentleDoes anyone know any local Personal Trainers who won't charge the earth? I think you're being a bit harsh. For some people they need the motivation of doing exercise with someone else until they get confident enough to get going on their own (I speak from personal experience). And while some people may have mates that are up for doing that with them and being supportive, it's not the case for everyone. And it may be that 2-3 sessions with a trainer may help. Maybe decadent in your eyes, but for some people it's what works.

athletes. About 170 people last time and lots of supporters.
It's a really good atmosphere. There is also one in Dulwich Park which is flatter. Same time.Yes. I do this. And love it. The times vary from 15mins to 40mins to complete nearly two laps.
You go as slow as you want.
Do you think the NHS will pay for the 'really lazy' opening poster? The NHS will pay for it for some conditions too.
You could tie it in so the cleaner sorts out the house while you're away with the personal trainer. Two in one!Whatever you do, don't mention the cleaner...
Benches will be fine.... But they should only use big trees. Or maybe they should introduce the jumps and monkey bars and stuff they have in almost every park in Germany, the Netherlands etc. we really aren't very well served for health and fitness stuff in Britain.I have an issue with personal trainers in the park getting their clients to jump on and off benches and to swing on elasticated bands lassoed to vulnerable tree branches.
I saw that in Brockwell Park a few weeks ago. Thought it would be more fun to use it as a catapult to expel the trainer out of the park.I have an issue with personal trainers in the park getting their clients to jump on and off benches and to swing on elasticated bands lassoed to vulnerable tree branches.
I said it was me that was really lazy! Play nicely. ...Do you think the NHS will pay for the "really lazy" opening poster?
