cardiffs new media centre (tiger port or something)

i've heard rumours that the new multi-million,squillion pound development isn't quite going to plan.
I heard casualty won't be coming here but rather getting axed, and also that doctor who want to stay at upper boat, or even god forbid ,move to the states. Which just leaves pobl-y-shite occupying a massive media site.

so is this this simply baseless rumours or does cardiff have a massive white elephant on its hands?

I can't help but think that huge area of prime land could've been put to better use. What with all those cruise ships starting to appear, we could've built something amazing to draw people in from across the world.
