Black Lives Matter vs Bernie Sanders

Loads of comment today online about the hijacking of the hashtag #Blacklivesmatter to #Alllivesmatter, well of course they do but the hijack is a distraction from the real and present issues under discussion.

I'm not keen on the slogan tbh.
I think it's the idea that there is something called a 'black life' that is different to a 'white/asian/whatever' life.

It reminds me of 'equal but different'.
