Nice. 'Turdus Pilarus', apparently. Wonder if they're hanging around..
I was there this morning too and saw a whole load of the usual thrushes, trilling away nicely. Then I trod in a different sort of turdus which rather spoilt the occasion tbh.
We used to see them a lot up North (Tyneside) in the Winter, when I was young but I've never seen one since. Redwings were also a common Winter visitor.
