Bike stand rack - help me find one

Brainaddict

slight system overdrive
So the first thing to say is that there appears to be no non-confusing term for the type of rack that you lock a bike to outdoors or under a shelter, but that's the type of rack I'm looking for. Alas they all seem to be designed by idiots or dutch people who don't have bike theft, as they almost universally consist of a rack you put your front wheel in. Which is about as secure as a tying the bike up with string if you're in London. This type of nonsense: PEDALPRO 4 BICYCLE FLOOR/WALL MOUNT STORAGE RACK BIKE/CYCLE LOCKING/GARAGE STAND 5051990720626 | eBay

So I'm looking for a rack that would be fixed in with a ground anchor or two to which you could easily lock the frame of a bike. But something smaller than the full hoop toast racks Toast Rack | Cyclehoop

Does this product, which logically should exist, exist?

Is this something for work? I'm assuming this isn't something you are look for to use at home?

If it's a charity or community organisation you might be able to get free cycle parking installed: Free Cycle Parking | Life Cycle UK

If it's a small/medium business then you might want to check if your local council has any schemes / support for encouraging cycling.

Sheffield Stands are what you want ideally in most circumstances.

e2a: the link Nivag posted looks to have good options if your issue with the toast rack is that it's got three stands and you only want one.

If you're after something a bit more visually pleasing this PlantLock is worth looking at PlantLock — Front Yard Company Ltd

I quite like it as an option but I guess I'd mostly have to fill it with concrete, otherwise people would dig it out.
You could part fill it with concrete or bolt it to the floor then fill it with earth (which would be my option).
There website says it'll weigh 45KG when filled with earth, which coupled with a bike attached would be a pain to lift with 2 people. Not impossible but would take some effort.
Securing bikes against theft is all about time and effort needed to steal them, the more locks to break/cut through the less likely someone is going to attempt to steel it.
