OK, Jeannie had the midriff exposed and all that, but Samantha cartoon had that whole twitchy nose thing going on.

This one is a closer call, but Bewitched edges it. Ages ago I read that some facets of the show were actually connected to Wicca - like the name Samantha, which might come from Samhain (yes, I know that's not how Samhain's pronounced, but that's never stopped lamguage evolution before) and the picture on the wall by the door.
