Fallout76 looks to be single-player/small group co-op which is great, you can sign up for beta on Bethesda.net (but people outside of NA never get early invites, so don't expect to hear back right away!).

Elder scrolls blades is a mobile game that looks very much like TESI: Arena, for mobiles - with some designed areas and some procedural generation, they mentioned iPhone10 but hopefully will also be able to be played on android and maybe PC
