Anyone sold a suit second hand?

I've got a couple of suits I dont fit into, one is Agnes B the other Pierre Cardin.
Anyone had any success with selling suits online?
Theyre in great condition, only worn a handful of times, pressed and dry cleaned etc.

What are the important measurements?

thing is suits have such precise measurements and fit - im surprised anyone would buy one online tbh - you really have to try it on

very much too small, both suits from twenty years ago now - one i got married in!
too far gone for that!

Sell them on Vinted. Check to see the prices they're going for and then take various photos of them.
I find a photo with a tape measure showing the waist measurement is good to include. Plus also chest measurement if selling a suit.

Sold a few on Ebay with no problems. Just be very precise with the measurements.

Given the measurements are key photographs of a flat lay with a tape measure is the better way to give the very best idea of what the sizes are in the important places. Additionally of course hanger photos inside and out and if you want to be sure, hang inside out to give an idea of the lining.

eBay - price it as Buy it now. Don't bother with an auction unless you want to sell it for very little or achieve no bids. Overprice slightly and make it clear you will take offers. Remember you have fees taken off too.
Vinted - No fees, no returns (unless you make a dire job of describing it), no hassle (save for scammers) but also not as much money.
Vestiaire - bigger fees. Gets sent for verification but you can achieve good prices.

With all be explicit about everything. Make it a boring essay of every last smudge and crease so no one has any cause to claim it is not as described.
