The annual address check process, required to verify that customers are still eligible for the 60+ London Oyster photocard, has been paused since the photocard website was temporarily closed following the sophisticated cyber incident. This means that no cards have expired.
Transport for London wrote to the affected customers to inform them of this and will write to them to invite them to complete this check process once systems are fully restored.
