American visa

I have been declined a visa for the USA as a juvenile at the age of 15, reason being I was arrested and recieved a caution for a small bag of cannabis, my parents had already paid for a holiday for us to go to Florida and the travel agent said I better declare it. So went to the embassy in London and they declined the visa. I'm now 25 and want to travel America or at the very leat go Vegas as my friends are all going. Thing is I've been arrested since then once for a small amount of MDMA which I recieved a caution at the age of 21 and last year I was arrested and charged for assault. Now my friends are all going and I want to go, I'm thinking of going back to the embassy and re applying for another visa. Shall I tell them about my last two arrests will they know about them? Also surely I can't be banned from the USA for life for a small bag of cannabis does anyone know? So hard finding any information about this without going through the embassy. Thanks in advance for any replies

have a look at the US thread on this- there are hundreds of posts. They do not like drug convictions and you are in the system now after the previous, so I suspect you face an uphill battle to get a visa.

i got arrested 13 years ago with my friend who had drugs in the car I got arrested and cautioned and released and have never been in trouble since will I be ok with the esta or will I need go London embassider? I'm going police station see 1st if it's still on my record or if it's gone off worried in case it's still their. Please help thanks.

They don't have access to your police records unless you tell them.
