All 30 of the England squad play in the Premiership. Only one German (Ballack) not from the Bundesliga.

Italy have lost one, I remember last time round the statistic was that all of them played in Italy.

I can never decide if it's a good thing to have all your players playing in your home league. Personally I'd like to see a few England players playing in other leagues (though maybe not MLS ) and learning a different footballing culture.

Not Rooney though, I want to watch him on MotD
